Winter Warmers With Thermos

I love tea and drink more than my fair share each day.  If we go out for the day I always take my Thermos King Travel Mug with me to keep me going on the journey.  Over the years I have tried many thermal mugs, but most make the tea taste strange.  Not with the Thermos mug, it tastes wonderful.  I need this en-route tea, especially in the winter months.

Thermos kindly sent us the retro styled Stainless King Food Flask and a Stainless King Flask.

Mr Hubby doesn’t work in a traditional office with an easily accessible kitchen, so the Food Flask has proved really useful to enable him to take hot food from home for his lunch; saving us money on canteen food.

The Food Flask has a very wide opening, so you can use it for pasta, chunky soup and other things which sometimes a traditional flask struggles with.  The wide neck makes it really easy to fill (and also to clean!).  Stored in the cap is a foldable metal spoon, which is really handy.

The Food Flask keeps hot food hot for 9 hours and in the summer it will keep chilled food cold for 12 hours. The outside of the flask remains cool to the touch.  Having this flask in our kitchen has really helped to improve Mr Hubby’s lunchtimes.

The King Flask has the same retro design as the food flask and I love the burgundy colour.  It features a twist and pour stopper, which means you don’t have to take the lid off completely.  Like the Food Flask the outside stays cool even when filled with hot drinks.
