The List #45

Welcome to ‘The List‘, which is a great linky that I co-host with amaze-balls Hannah from Mums’ Days.  The idea is simple, just link up any post that is in list/bullet point format, easy! (a few bullet points in a post is fine too!). I use mine to record my weekly highlights, but yours could be a ‘top ten’ list or anything you fancy.  Posts can be old or new, all welcome.

This week I am linking 15 Ways to Avoid Blogger Burnout and Before I had a Husband. Hannah is sharing Garden ideas and Healthy Drinks.

We are also linking How to set killer blog goals from our collaborative blog Live. Love. Blog.

My favourite posts from last week were;

The List

6 Steps to stress-free mealtimes is brilliant!  Such fabulous advice.

Life with 6 kids

Janette’s post on why she is not a blight on society is such a powerful read.

The List

Claire’s post on the 12 things she has learnt during her kid’s first year at school is so funny.

Now time for my list;

REAL LIFE

  • Baby went to her first film premiere (ours too!).
  • We started decluttering our house.
  • I have been reading a book, an actual book (not anything to do with blogging!) Momentous!
  • I started my new weight loss plan (more soon).

BLOG & SOCIAL MEDIA

  • I have been working hard to get ahead, so I can relax and enjoy Camp Bestival.
  • The best post I read this week: This corker from Tim over at Slouching Towards Thatcham, an open letter to Brands/PRs.
  • New blog discovery: Lizzie’s lovely blog Marmalade Pie, go and have a read.

So you know what do to, grab the badge and link up your lists. I can’t wait to have a read!

  1. loved the pics of baby on the blue carpet even though she was a bit bemused. What book are you reading? Are you sure it’s not about Pinterest or Google plus or something, are you feeling ok?! xxx

      Thanks darling, she was so tired and then her mind was a little blown. It’s chick lit by one of my fav authors Paige Toon. I am so sad and don’t read any REAL books, not very sophisticated in my reading tastes 🙂 xxx

  2. Ooh reading an actual book – must be nice 🙂 Yay for baby’s first movie and also good luck on that new weight loss program 🙂

  5. Thank you SO much for the mention – I’m so flattered! I too have been trying to declutter this week – I think it’s the realisation that we’re days away from the school summer holidays that has finally pushed me into action! I’m linking up for the first time – looking forward to having a good read later on! x

  6. Oooh first film premiere for baby – exciting! I am also decluttering ahead of our move…although it’s a mission it also does feel VERY good! Hope it’s going well your end! #TheList
