My Weekly Weigh In

Welcome to my weigh in!   This week is my 19th week on the Diet Chef plan.  Details of all my previous weigh ins are here if you want a little look.

This week, I was back in the game and focused on the end results.  There was no Christmas or holiday getting in my way and so I could stick to the plan without any problems.

I have found myself a little lost in terms of fashion.  I feel a little in limbo, as I am not yet at goal weight, but my options are starting to open up in terms of what I CAN wear.  Luckily for me, I was invited to a bloggers style event, which I attended yesterday.  It was fab and just what I needed.  I will share all the information and great tips as soon as I can.

My mini win for this week was again clothes related.  Rushing out to catch my train to the style event, I grabbed an old coat (as it was a little bit smarter) and threw it on.  The last time I tried it on, it went nowhere near me.  This time it fitted and I could do it up! (I can actually do the top bottom up I just didn’t!)  Yippee!

Weight lost

-3lb (total 51lb in 19 weeks)

Total inches lost (across 10 measurements)

-0.5 ” (total 60.5″ in 19 weeks)

The programme I am on would cost £8.75 per day.  However, if you order a 12 week supply this daily cost reduces to £6.61 (this is for all three meals and a snack).  Check the website for great offers.

Disclosure: I am being sent Diet Chef hampers in order to review the programme.  All opinions are 100% honest and are my own.

Thank you so much. I do find it really easy, because you get everything you need and don’t have to calorie count. Every so quick to prepare x
