My Weigh In & Goals

Welcome to my weigh in!   This week is my 14th week on the Diet Chef plan.  Details of all my previous weigh ins are here if you want a little look.

Although I have lost a lot of weight (almost 3 stone before this weigh in), I sadly still have a lot to go.  So I thought I would set myself some goals, to make sure I keep the same rate of loss going forward.

One of my goals is going to be marked by BritMums Live (the blogging conference in June).  I have a vision of being slim when I attend this fab event. There are 22 weeks to go and realistically I think in this time I could lose around 50lb.  This won’t take me to target, I know!  I have A LOT to lose, but I will be on the final stretch, having probably another 2 stone to go after that.

So my target over the next 22 weeks is to lose 50lb, !  To keep me on track I need to at the -25lb mark by 1st April.

This week I managed to fit into a top I bought ages ago in a sale, which never fitted me.  I adored the pattern and was hopeful at some point I would be able to wear it.  Well I now can!

Diet Chef

Weight lost

-2lb (total -43lb in 14 weeks)

Total inches lost (across 10 measurements)

-1.5 ” (total -53.5″ in 14 weeks)

The programme I am on would cost £8.75 per day.  However, if you order a 12 week supply this daily cost reduces to £6.61 (this is for all three meals and a snack).  Check the website for great offers.

Disclosure: I am being sent Diet Chef hampers in order to review the programme.  All opinions are 100% honest and are my own.

Thanks so much hun! We will both be the size of Kate Moss by then! 😉 Will be so lovely to meet you. I was really surprised by the meals, but they are really nice x

  1. Well done! That is such a great achievement. I wish we had something like Diet Chef that would delivery where I live. I’m in Australia and because it’s currently summer, the motivation to cook has gone out the window!
