Losing weight with Diet Chef

Moving Forward With Weight Loss

So this post seems a little bit weird for me to write as it will be my last weight loss update working with Diet Chef.  Back in October 2014 I was very unhappy with my weight and pretty desperate for something to change.  Having struggled with my weight my whole life I had even got to the point of asking my Doctor for help.  I was let down by a weight loss brand, when Diet Chef agreed to help me.  They have supported me all these months and doing their plan has changed my life, without a doubt.  Before my recent slip, I had almost lost 4 stone (and 68″!) on the programme and I cannot thank them enough for agreeing to help me over such a long period.

Losing weight with Diet Chef

This week

I have lost 1lb, which is not a huge amount but I did fall off the wagon over the weekend, so I am shocked that I lost anything really.  My sister-in-law came to stay and so it was hard to resist eating with the rest of the family.

A new direction

Although this is my last Diet Chef update, it is certainly not my last weigh in and I remain committed (if a little wavering at times) to continue to lose weight and find my ‘happy weight’. It is so important to me to become more comfortable in my own body before Baby gets older.

The reason for trying a new direction is simply I feel a little stale. I feel I need a new challenge to reignite my motivation.

I would highly recommend Diet Chef to anyone who wants to lose weight, as it really worked for me!

Disclosure: I was being sent Diet Chef hampers in return for an honest review of the programme.

  4. I have lost 3st 7lb on Diet Chef since the 1/12/14. Pretty easy. I’m looking to lose another 6lb. I’m at the stage where I’m going back to “normal” food. I’ve learnt a lot about meal planning and that I can survive with smaller meals. Good luck.

  5. You’ve done fantastically well! A change of diet can often kick the weight loss back into gear, at least for me it always did! My advice, as someone who lost a lot of weight and put it all back on and more, is don’t drop the ball… it is so easy to do, and so hard to get back!! You are such a determined lady though, and I know you’ll relish in the challenge of the next steps! Good luck darling xxx

  7. Well done, you’ve done incredibly well and so great you found something that worked for you while it did. I can understand things getting stale, I often mix things up but do find for my body (I have PCOS) that generally a low carb or low GI way of eating works best for me.
